Inspiring a Higher Quality of Life through Transformational Encouragement.
Core Values
Our core values in our speaking engagements and connecting with the family are based on building SELF-RESPECT for each individual while helping them to see their personal value. HEALTHY minds, bodies, and souls are our greatest hope for the family. IDENTIFYING areas of concern with eyes of caution, meaning we want our families to break any patterns that might be hindering their growth. AUTHENTICITY for building long lasting relationships with grace, mercy, and love. NURTURING the family and never judging but praying to see them as they were created to be. NOBILITY and integrity extending self-worth are the qualities of character we strive by example to inspire within every individual we connect with, whether it’s a long-term or short-term relationship. Our vision is inspired from Roman’s 12:2
How many times a week does a church or organization receive calls from individuals in need of help? This call is the most crucial moment for the opportunity to be authentic and to understand their story, to get to know them and, most importantly, demonstrate that they are valuable while offering them dignity in a time of need. However, most of the time when that call comes in, we scramble for answers that may end up leaving them further discouraged rather than encouraged. Our ShyAnn’s Hope teams are also cautious to not enable anyone and diligent to not take them for granted. We incorporate the 3R’s: Research – Resources – Results.
When the family is committed to partner for help from ShyAnn’s Hope, we create an individual plan of action customized for the family’s needs, hopes, and desires. This includes circumstantial relief with a plan to encourage and show how the family can overcome stress by assuring them they are not alone.
